I have been a customer of Philcron Auto Service for over 15 years and have been more impressed with their service every time I have needed them. The quality of their service is superior to any automobile service business that I have ever used. Their honesty is unmatched in any business that I have ever used, especially the automotive repair business. I had always hoped that I could find an honest and qualified automotive service center and Philcron has continually exceeded my hopes and expectations. Philcron is the only business that I have ever dealt with that puts and keeps the "Customer" first and foremost in "Customer Service", period. I am not fully able to put into words how wonderful the service that Philcron provides is. I strongly recommend Philcron to anyone that has any need for automotive service. Thanks Philcron for removing all of my worries regarding automotive repairs and service.

I no longer allow any auto service company in Charlotte, NC work on my cars except Philcron Auto Service. In addition to owner Larry Simpson being a fine gentleman who has always been willing to take what ever extra time might be needed to fully explain why any repair may or may not be needed, he is a seasoned ASE Master Technician, as well as a GM trained Cadillac specialist; consequently, he has worked on my own Cadillac's for close to 15 years. As always they did an awesome job! During an inspection they discovered that my rear breaks were worn and they quickly replaced them, saving me a much more expensive repair if needed repair had slipped by and the rotors had been damaged. I highly recommend Philcron Auto Service to all of my family and friends.

June 17, 2011 Dear Mrs. Sherry Simpson, I am writing you to voice my displeasure with Philcron Auto Service, and in hope that you can help me resolve my issues with Philcron. I've had a number of services performed on my Cadillac by your company. Most services have been satisfactory, but unfortunately some services have not been satisfactory. I'm going to list my complaints in order, according to the dates that the services were performed: 1) August 26, 2009 = (on this date I had a several different services performed on the vehicle). These are the services that I feel were unsatisfactory: Philcron changed the rear spark plugs and boots on my Cadillac, and I provided the boots and plugs. In the process of removing and reinstalling the rear bank coil to get access to the plugs, the mechanic didn't reinstall a screw to a bracket that had to be moved in order to complete this service. Right now that bracket is being held with one screw, instead of two like it's supposed
